Today has been a great day.

I have been to the gym, tried out a new workout. It was a great success.

Breakfast: 2 poached eggs on toast.

Lunch: Homemade soup with a corn on the cob.

Dinner: Roast chicken and vegetables.

I wasn’t feeling too positive this morning, but I forced myself to the gym. All of my endorphins are running around and I feel fantastic.
